What is a holiday without pie? This homemade Apple pie will decorate Your tea party on New year 's eve. And it will not waste Your time at all. The dough is pliable , easily molded decoration, each piece holds a shape and has a multi-sided flavor. Recipe from Maria from Germany , from myself added in addition to apples , bananas and jam, but excluded sugar in the filling. Pie height-4 cm diameter of the mold-24 cm
In the sifted flour (not yet all , leave 1 Cup) with baking powder crumble soft butter.
Add fine sugar. Chop with a knife.
Beat eggs lightly with odorless vegetable oil (I also added a pinch of fine salt) and pour into the flour.
Now begin to knead with your hands, adding the rest of the flour. There might be a couple of spoons left.
Separate part of the dough for the top and distribute the rest to the bottom of the form ( which is covered with parchment) and form the sides. Prick the bottom with a fork. Send the form to the refrigerator while we make the filling.
Peel the apples, cut them into pieces and simmer in a pan with a little water. Add sugar if there are no bananas and jam. I went without sugar.
I also used overripe bananas. Mash them with a fork. In the original, apples and dried cherries.
Mix with stewed apples.
For sourness, I added crushed cherry jam.
Raisins as desired. In order to keep the filling in shape, I introduced starch, but this is not necessary.
Pour the filling into the cooled cake, bend the sides with a knife.
Cut Christmas trees and stars from the same dough.
Apply decorations to the filling, do not press.
Bake in the oven. the oven at 200* for 30 minutes.
When it cools, apply powdered sugar.
The pie is ready for tea.
The pie is well cut into any pieces, crumbles moderately (all the crumbs in the photo). Bon appetit.
