These chocolate cheesecake cakes can be prepared both for a festive table and for a regular tea party. They are very tasty and tender, it is not diffaicult to cook them.
Chocolate cookies crushed into crumbs with a rolling pin or in a blender, pour in the melted butter, mix.

Decorate mini cheesecakes with whipped cream. Beat the cooled cream with powdered sugar until it thickens. Using a pastry bag with a nozzle, put the whipped cream on the cheesecakes.
