Melt 1 tbsp. oils.
Cut off the top from the bun and take out the crumb.
Lubricate the inside of the bun and the top with melted butter.
We put our bun in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 5-7 minutes (or in the microwave at the highest power for 4-5 minutes)
In the remaining butter, lightly fry the chopped green onions over medium heat.
Add the egg.
As soon as the protein turns white, add the cream (or sour cream) and mix well. Salt.
Make a cross-shaped incision on the tomato, scald it with boiling water, peel it off and chop finely.
Place the tomato pulp in our bun. Salt.
Put the resulting omelet on the tomato.
Sprinkle with herbs, sesame seeds. Cover with a lid.
