Coffee Kvass Recipe
Very tasty, refreshing, invigorating kvass. Moderately vigorous, harmonious. Cooking is easy and simple from the available products that are in the kitchen of every housewife.

  1. Put coffee and sugar in a 3-liter jar.
  2. Add the raisins and citric acid.
  3. Pour warm boiled water, add yeast and mix. Close the jar with a lid. Leave for 3 hours in a warm place, then put in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours. I leave it overnight, so the taste is more pronounced. Ready kvass strain through cheesecloth, pour into bottles and store in the refrigerator.
