  1. In a 3-liter jar, put the sugar and ginger, previously cut into thin slices. Pour a liter of boiling water and leave for 15-20 minutes, so that the sugar is dissolved, and the ginger is brewed. Meanwhile, wash the strawberries, remove the tails, and slice at random. Puree strawberries with a blender.
