In a small bowl, melt the butter and pour into the dry ingredients. Add milk.
And one egg. Beat with a mixer or whisk. The dough should not be too liquid, like thick sour cream.
Preheat a non-stick frying pan, do not lubricate with oil. Carefully pour a tablespoon of dough onto the mold. When bubbles-holes begin to appear on top, you can turn the pancake over.
On the other hand, cook until it is browned. Transfer to a plate and cook the next pancake.
You can serve pancakes with any sauce or jam, sour cream… Choose your favorite… and generous margins on top.
