Cookies “Honey” Recipe
A wonderful treat for children and adults is a fragrant crumbly cookie with a honey-creamy taste and a slight hint of vanilla. Cookies are prepared quickly and simply, and eaten even faster!

  1. Put the melted butter in a saucepan, melt, add honey and heat over the fire, stirring well.
  2. When the mass becomes homogeneous, add sugar, mix well. Bring to a boil.
  3. Remove the mass from the heat, pour in the milk, add vanilla sugar, mix well.
  4. Pour into a deep container. Pour in the vegetable oil, add baking powder and mix quickly with a spoon until a fluffy foam forms.
  5. Without cooling the mass (it should be hot!) pour in 2 cups of flour alternately, stirring well with a spoon. Then pour in the remaining cup of flour and, already with your hands, knead a soft elastic dough. It will be warm there. I used a 200 ml flour glass.
  6. Divide the dough into 4 parts. Make a round sausage from each part, 3-4 cm in diameter. Cut the sausages into 1 cm wide pieces. Place the cookies on a greased baking sheet, press down with a fork and lightly sprinkle with sugar.
  7. Place the baking sheet in a preheated oven and bake for about 20-22 minutes at 180 degrees. Warm up your tea and enjoy! Simple, fast and delicious!
