  1. Grind the walnuts to a paste-like state.
  2. Combine vanilla sugar, semolina, nuts and sugar. Pour in the milk and egg and mix. Then add the cottage cheese and mix well.
  3. For a more homogeneous mass, beat with a blender. Put in greased molds. Bake in a preheated 180° C oven for ~ 20-25 minutes.
