Cream of Mushroom Soup Recipe
Delicious, creamy, my whole family appreciated it perfectly! The recipe I spied on the YouTube channel “Home Food. Simple, delicious, inexpensive!”, with some changes. I cooked it once, and I definitely want to keep it for myself, because the whole family really liked it.

  1. Peel the potatoes and put them to cook, add 1 tsp of salt to the water. In the original recipe, the soup is cooked in chicken broth, but I didn’t have much time, so I used a cube of chicken broth.
  2. When the potatoes boiled, cut the cheeses and sent them to keep the potatoes company)
  3. The onion was cleaned and finely chopped, fried for a couple of minutes in vegetable oil, until transparent.
  4. Add frozen mushrooms to the onion and simmer over high heat until most of the water evaporates (7-10 minutes). I put the onion and mushrooms on a plate and set them aside for now.
  5. In a frying pan, melt the butter, add the flour, fry the flour with butter, stirring for 2 minutes, over medium heat (it is important that the flour does not burn, but slightly darkened).
  6. Added greens, and remaining pieces of mushrooms. We wait for 5 minutes, and arm ourselves with a spoon)
