The chicken should be washed, remove excess fat, cut into portions and dry.
Wash, dry and clean.
In a suitable bowl, I have a pot with ceramic coating, you can take a cast iron pan, melt the butter, put the chicken pieces skin down and fry over medium heat on both sides until light brown.
Then cover with a lid and simmer the chicken over low heat until cooked, about 20 minutes, depending on your chicken, dishes and plates. Chicken acquires an incomparable creamy taste
Vegetables except broccoli cut into cubes, onions and carrots smaller, peppers as you like and potatoes medium cube.
Place on a plate ready chicken, to add in the pan of vegetables and stir fry them on medium heat. Turn off the heat, cover the pan with a lid.
To parse into florets and chop the broccoli.
Add the broccoli to the vegetables, cover with a lid.
Boil water, whether to do it in the kettle and cover the vegetables completely with water.
Salt to taste.
Lay out on vegetables pieces of chicken.
Add the cream.
Bring the soup to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, covered, for about 15 minutes until tender. The soup is ready.
