- In a suitable bowl, I have a pot with ceramic coating, you can take a cast iron pan, melt the butter, put the chicken pieces skin down and fry over medium heat on both sides until light brown. Then cover with a lid and simmer the chicken over low heat until cooked, about 20 minutes, depending on your chicken, dishes and plates. Chicken acquires an incomparable creamy taste
- Place on a plate ready chicken, to add in the pan of vegetables and stir fry them on medium heat. Turn off the heat, cover the pan with a lid. To parse into florets and chop the broccoli. Add the broccoli to the vegetables, cover with a lid. Boil water, whether to do it in the kettle and cover the vegetables completely with water. Salt to taste.
