Prepare the products. Each fillet was cut in half lengthwise and beaten off. Sun-dried tomatoes sliced. Mixed paprika, salt and 3 crushed garlic cloves to grate the bird. Another 4 cloves crushed with a sauce knife. Chop the parsley, too.
RUB the chicken with a mixture of spices on both sides, do not regret it.
In a frying pan, melt the butter and fry the chicken on both sides until it is nicely browned.
Remove the chicken and put it on a plate. In the same pan with the remaining oil, mix the cream, garlic, sun-dried tomatoes and parsley. Turn down the heat and bring the sauce to a boil.
Return the chicken to the pan and simmer in the sauce until tender, turning the pieces periodically to wrap them in the sauce.
We get a tender, melting chicken in the mouth with minimal effort!
