Vegetable oil
Instructions
Peel the liver and cut into strips.
Cut carrots and onions into half rings, leeks into rings, chop the parsley together with the stems.
Preheat a frying pan with vegetable oil, put the vegetables, add spices and 2 tablespoons of flour, fry for 5-6 minutes on medium heat.
Fill the liver with water and put it to boil for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, add the fried vegetables to the broth with the liver and add salt to them. Cook for another 20 minutes.
Then add cream to the soup and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
The soup is ready. If desired, a boiled egg can be added to the plate.
