  2. Finely chop the red onion and put it in a deep cup.
  3. Cut the fresh cucumber into medium cubes and add to the onion.
  4. Peel the pineapple and cut into the same cubes as the cucumber. You put it all together.
  5. In a cup, prepare the dressing by mixing all the necessary ingredients.
  6. Put the salad on a plate, pour the dressing and garnish with herbs, pieces of carambola and kumquat.
