Instructions
Fry the shrimp in oil with soy sauce:
Fry the croutons in butter with the addition of garlic; Cool down;
The size of a toast, cut cucumbers, add sprouts, peas, onions-in thin half rings;
Add the croutons-mix;
Cut the shrimps (if large), leave one whole, and mix;
Put the salad on a plate, add the shrimp, drizzle with oil, salt and pepper to taste;
