Cucumber Salad with Trout and Mint Recipe
Light, bright in summer, crispy salad from a simple set of products. The salad is prepared very quickly, and the mint dressing will give the salad a piquant freshness.

  1. Salad products : (trout of their own salting in spicy spices (salt+sugar+coriander + mustard grains).
  2. Wash the cucumber, cut into thin slices (any method of slicing:circles, plates). Mint (Melisa) finely chop, RUB with salt (1/3 tsp), stir in 3 tbsp olive oil. Put the cucumber plates on a plate, smear each layer with mint sauce. While the cucumbers are marinating, put the salad leaves on a serving plate and sprinkle with mint sauce.
  3. Place the pickles and slices of salted salmon on top of the salad and garnish with small mint leaves.
  4. Ready.
