Wash the cucumber, cut into thin slices (any method of slicing:circles, plates). Mint (Melisa) finely chop, RUB with salt (1/3 tsp), stir in 3 tbsp olive oil.
Put the cucumber plates on a plate, smear each layer with mint sauce. While the cucumbers are marinating, put the salad leaves on a serving plate and sprinkle with mint sauce.
