  1. Grate the chocolate on a fine grater.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs with sugar into a strong foam.
  3. Then add the softened butter and continue to beat.
  4. Sift the flour with baking powder.
  5. Then gradually pour the flour into the egg-butter mass. Continuing to whisk.
  6. Add grated chocolate to the dough and mix well.
  7. Lubricate the bowl of the multivarki-pressure cooker with butter, spread the resulting dough and level it. Close the lid. Install the BAKING program. The cooking time is 1 hour. Click the “START” button. Leave the finished cake in the pressure cooker for 15 minutes.
  8. In a bowl, mix the chocolate and butter. Melt in a water bath or in a microwave oven. Mix the resulting mass well and pour it into a pastry bag.
  9. Transfer the cooled cake to a plate. Garnish with chocolate ganache and sprinkle with pastries.
