To be honest, I didn’t think that something sensible would come out of a minimum of products. But the cupcakes turned out just delicious! Honey, moderately sweet, high and airy.
Pour warm water into a cup, add honey, sugar, a pinch of salt and odorless vegetable oil. Mix thoroughly.
Mix the flour with baking soda and sift into a cup. Stir with a whisk until smooth. The dough should turn out without lumps, fluid – a little thinner than the dough for pancakes.
You can add your favorite dried fruits and nuts to this dough.
Pour into the molds about 2/3 of the height – the cupcakes will rise perfectly.
Bake at a temperature of 200 * C until a beautiful brown color. By time – about 20 min.
Let it cool down a little in the mold, take it out.
