Immediately preheat the oven to 175-180 gr. Sift flour and cocoa powder.
Add the remaining dry ingredients: sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt. I mix it well.
In the bowl of the combine, I pour the ready-made cocoa drink (just dilute the Nesquik and cool it). You can use freshly brewed coffee instead of cocoa.
Pour in kefir.
I add an egg. Stir.
Combine the liquid and dry ingredients, mix with a silicone spatula.
Chocolate dough is spread out on disposable paper forms and sent to the oven for 17 minutes.
In ready-made cupcakes, I make holes and fill them with boiled condensed milk.
For the cream, I take cottage cheese and butter at room temperature, beat it with a hand mixer. Gradually add powdered sugar to taste. I make cream caps on ready-made cupcakes. Decorate with sprinkles.
