This dish can also be called a casserole. It is convenient because it turns out two in one: a meat dish and a side dish to it. And most importantly-it turns out very tasty! Home-made, hearty, cozy dinner.
My minced meat is already completely ready, standard for cutlets, it contains meat, egg, bread, salt. From minced meat I form 6 cutlets.
Potatoes quickly grate on a large grater. I put it in a deep bowl. I also RUB the processed cheese there. I put sour cream.
I add the chopped onion to the bowl, having previously fried it in a frying pan with the addition of sunflower oil.
Salt and pepper to taste. Stir.
I lubricate the baking dish with sunflower oil. I put half of the grated potatoes on the bottom. I spread the balls of cutlets on top.
Next, I put the rest of the grated potatoes around the cutlets.
I put the form in a preheated 180 degree oven for 1 hour (from this time I bake for 30 minutes on the General mode, and bake for another 30 minutes under the top heat to get a Golden crust).
