Instructions
  1. In a glass for an immersion blender or other convenient container, put cottage cheese, softened butter and 1 tbsp. l. white condensed milk, whisk into a homogeneous mass.
  2. Divide the curd mass into two equal parts, add vanilla sugar and 1 tablespoon of condensed white milk to one part, whisk everything again. In the second part, add a spoonful of boiled condensed milk and cinnamon with sugar, once again whisk everything thoroughly with a blender
  3. Now we will need to form balls – it is best to make several molds, I have such a shape from candy hemispheres. I filled half of the molds with vanilla mass, and half with cinnamon.
  4. Put the remaining curd mass in layers in silicone mini muffin molds. We put everything in the freezer for 30-40 minutes.
  5. Small blanks will harden faster – take them out by pressing your finger to remove the hemispheres from the molds, and glue them in pairs into balls, pressing them together. You can glue different halves to taste. Roll in coconut chips, put them in paper capsules for sweets and put them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  6. Decorate the second serving option to your taste – I melted bitter chocolate, applied a spiral in a circle and decorated with sugar balls.
  7. Before serving, store the dessert in the refrigerator. If you cook in advance, store in a closed container in the freezer.
