Dear cooks, I suggest you try a delicious Apple pie, you can even say a light cake based on the famous inverted tarte Tatin. It is prepared simply and quickly, and the result is simply fantastic. Try it, you won't regret it.
Cover a 20x26 cm baking dish with foil and sprinkle the vanilla sugar and cinnamon on the surface. Turn the oven on 250 degrees.
Peel the apples and cut them into fairly large pieces.
Spread the apples in a thick layer on the bottom of the mold, put the mold in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, beat 2 large eggs with sugar in a thick foam, gradually add three tablespoons of warm water. It turns out a lush mass.
In this mass, add flour mixed with baking powder and ground nuts. If there are no nuts, it's okay, you can just add a spoonful of flour. For Apple baking, I use baking powder for gingerbread, it adds a spicy flavor and the dough turns darker than usual. Of course, you can use ordinary baking powder. Carefully mix with a spatula.
Remove the form with the apples and pour the dough on the apples, level the surface. Reduce the temperature in the oven to 180 degrees and bake the pie for about 15 minutes, check readiness with a match.
While the pie is baking, prepare the cream. In the milk, stir the sugar, add a pack of pudding, stir so that there are no lumps and cook for just a minute or two until thick, stirring constantly.
Remove the thick pudding from the heat and immediately add the thick sour cream to it, stir. It turns out a very gentle, moderately sweet, tender cream. Who likes it to be sweet and sweet, add powdered sugar and stir thoroughly, but take into account the sweetness of the apples.
Remove the finished pie from the oven, turn it over on a cutting Board, and carefully remove the foil.
Spread the cream on the hot pie.
Grate the chocolate on top on a fine grater, its amount depends on you. I have here two slices of a chocolate bar with a nougat filling.
