  1. Place a split mold with a diameter of 12 cm sponge cookies on the edges, crumble the cookies on the bottom.
  2. Prepare the pudding according to the instructions using 400 ml of milk.
  3. Cover the pudding tightly with clingfilm and cool.
  4. Gelatin is prepared according to the instructions, soaking either in water or in milk.
  5. We put cottage cheese, sour cream, cream, sugar in a bowl. Beat with a mixer.
  6. Without ceasing to beat, enter half of the finished pudding and pour warm gelatin under the blades of the mixer, beat for a couple of minutes. Let the mass thicken a little.
  7. We put the thickened mass into a cookie mold – not up to the top.
  8. Spread the remaining pudding over the pudding mass.
  9. Arrange the remains of the pudding into cups.
  10. We take cold cream.
  11. Whisk the cream with a thickener according to the instructions.
  12. Put the cream in a pastry bag and decorate the desserts.
  13. Sprinkle with sprinkles. We put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours – I had a night. Dessert is ready – two ways of serving!
