Salad of delicious, fast, easy! I like the combination of zucchini with sour cream or yogurt sauce, garlic and herbs. But most often zucchini is fried in oil – this option is dietary, zucchini is baked – try it! A great option for a vegetable snack.

  1. Wash the zucchini, wipe dry and cut together with the skin.
  2. Sprinkle with spices, salt, pour oil and balsamic, mix.
  3. Cover the baking sheet with baking paper, put the zucchini in one layer and put it in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees. Bake for 15 minutes – focus on your oven.
  4. Cool the zucchini.
  5. Put it in a salad bowl. Add finely chopped dill and squeezed garlic to yogurt or sour cream, mix well.
  6. To combine the sauce with zucchini, stir and cool before serving. Put the salad on a plate and, if desired, sprinkle with chopped mint leaves.
