Egg Salad on Bread Rolls Recipe
Very tasty, creamy, tender salad on healthy bread. An original and interesting snack for every day.

  1. Cut the onion into a small cube, grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Fry the vegetables until tender in vegetable oil. Cool down.
  2. Add finely chopped dill to the cooled vegetables, grate the cucumbers on a fine grater. Cut the eggs into small cubes, add salt, ground pepper and mayonnaise. Mix the appetizer thoroughly and spread generously on the loaves.
