  1. Boil the eggs.
  2. Finely chop the green onion.
  3. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
  4. Cut the sweet pepper into cubes.
  5. Cut the eggs into medium cubes.
  6. Wash the capers from the salt.
  7. Finely chop.
  8. Put the carrots, sweet peppers, green onions and capers in a bowl, add mayonnaise and sour cream, mix well, then add the eggs, salt everything, pepper with freshly ground pepper and mix again.
  9. The salad is ready!
