Sea buckthorn is a storehouse of vitamins, it can replace the entire home first aid kit. It does not lose its useful properties either during freezing or during heat treatment. The berry ripens in the autumn, for some reason it is undeservedly forgotten lately. I offer you a pie with sea buckthorn mousse and diet food based on oatmeal. Pie for those who follow the figure and do not mind to enrich your diet with vitamins.
To oat flakes add the yolk, softened butter, honey.
Egg whites must be whipped in a solid foam, then add it to the oat mixture along with the raisins.
Carefully knead the dough with your hand, as a spoon is not very convenient. Put the dough in a small form, sprinkled with breadcrumbs. I used a glass mold with a diameter of 20-21 cm, covering it with parchment for baking. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
For decoration, I took sea buckthorn.
Gelatin pour water in different containers 30 g for sea buckthorn and 15 g for sour cream.
Grind sea buckthorn blender.
Crushed berries then RUB through a sieve.
Pomace pour water, boil, add sugar, stir, strain the drink through a sieve.
Mix the hot drink with gelatin, let it cool, mix with sea buckthorn juice.
Another portion of gelatin to warm up, without bringing to a boil and mix with sour cream.

Try to beat the sea buckthorn mixture with a blender at medium speed for 5 minutes, take a break and repeat three times. The mixture will be more tender, which is a cross between sea buckthorn jelly and mousse. Part of sea buckthorn with gelatin pour on the frozen sour cream layer. Put in the refrigerator.
The second part of the sea buckthorn mixture pour molds and put in the cold.
Frozen sea buckthorn decoration put on the pie. If desired, decorate the top of the pie with sea buckthorn berries.
