  1. Cut the eggplant into circles (about 1-2 mm thick).
  2. Pour a small amount of beer over the eggplant.
  3. Stir and let stand for 10 minutes.
  4. Mix flour, semolina, salt and spices.
  5. Roll each piece in this breading.
  6. Put the eggplants in breadcrumbs on a plate.
  7. Pour the remaining beer into the container. Lower the eggplant first into the beer, then into the well-heated oil.
  8. Fry on both sides until crisp.
