Stuffed eggs are the world’s cold appetizer of all time. What to fill the eggs – this is a space for our imagination. I have a spicy applesauce with grain mustard and parsley today.
Cook the desired amount of chicken eggs hard-boiled and cool in cold water. Peel from the shell. Cut in half and remove the yolk.
This amount of ingredients for the filling is enough to stuff 3-4 eggs.
Chop the onion and fry in butter until transparent, about 2 minutes.
Peel the Apple and cut out the seeds. Cut into cubes and add to the onion. Simmer all together on low heat for another 5 minutes. Then cool down.
Punch the onion-Apple mixture with boiled egg yolks into the puree with a blender. Add mustard with grains, a little mayonnaise, finely chopped parsley, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
Fill the cooking syringe with applesauce and gently squeeze into the egg halves.
