Pour the milk into a ladle, add sugar and, stirring, heat to a boil. Remove from the heat and pour the cream into the milk.
Pour the milk and cream into the French press and, intensively lowering and lifting the piston, beat the milk, foam will begin to form.
The second option is to take a nozzle for an immersion blender and whisk the milk with a blender.
Pour the resulting foam into cups (about 1/3 cup).
Brew coffee in any way. I did it in the coffee maker. You can cook in a Turk.
Pour the liqueur into the hot milk foam in a cup.
It can be cream or chocolate liqueur (find out what your lady likes).
Pour the milk and liqueur into the cup and gently pour in the coffee. Mix the remaining milk well again and gently apply milk foam over the drink with a spoon. Sprinkle with chocolate.
