  1. To begin with, we separate the broccoli from the trunks and divide it into inflorescences, then lower it into boiling water for 1-2 minutes. Heat a frying pan, sprinkle a little oil and fry the cabbage for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Chop the Peking cabbage, pour the tomatoes into one container for the salad, add the olives and ready-made broccoli, salt, pour olive oil, sprinkle a little lemon juice and mix. The finished salad is sprinkled with sesame seeds. Our salad is ready!
