Squid with Fresh Vegetables Recipe
Squid is usually served with boiled vegetables and mayonnaise, and you cook according to this recipe, the taste of squid will sound new. Serve as an appetizer for lunch or dinner.

  1. Boil the squid in boiling water, in large quantities, for 3 minutes. Immediately put the squid in ice water, peel off the films, chords, rinse and cut into thin strips.

  2. Put the squid in a salad bowl, add salt + slices of fresh cucumber, straws of bell pepper, pieces of dried and fresh tomatoes, half rings of red onion. Mix well. Serve on lettuce leaves, seasoned with sauce ( mix olive oil and dried tomatoes), add salt. Garnish with pomegranate seeds and sesame seeds.
