We bought sturgeon steaks for the occasion. I have never tasted this noble fish. To appreciate the taste, I decided to meet her with simply fried steaks in a frying pan.
Gradually defrost the sturgeon steak to room temperature. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Leave it on for 30 minutes.
Prepare the boning: mix flour and starch, add a little salt.
Roll the fish into a roll and put it in a frying pan. Fry for 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Serve, garnished to your liking, preferably with a glass of noble wine
