Ingredients.
Pepper, cut off the tops, peel off the seeds. Scald with boiling water.
Cut the mushrooms into slices.
Grate the potatoes on a fine grater. Add the egg, seasonings, mushrooms, mix well.
Pour pepper over the potato mixture. Place on a greased baking sheet and bake for 45-50 minutes at a temperature of 220-220 degrees.
