  1. Put capers in a salad bowl, cut pickled cucumbers into small cubes, olives into slices.
  2. Cut the fresh cucumber into small cubes, celery stalks too. Finely chop the green onion. Add freshly ground black pepper to taste.
  3. Lay out the arugula and drizzle with olive oil. Mix gently. You can beautifully put the salad on arugula leaves, but I like it when arugula leaves lie for 10 minutes in a salad with all the products and absorb all these wonderful flavors, as well as be filled with them.
