Green Smoothie Recipe
I make smoothies in the evening with yogurt, juice or water. Fruits, herbs, vegetables change every time. Try this delicious and thick smoothie. The fruit can be used fresh or frozen. I add bananas to fruit smoothies every time. They give smoothies satiety, and Basil-a kind of flavor.

  1. For smoothies, I used frozen fruit and spinach. A few sprigs of Basil ripped it off in a drawer.
  2. I peeled three ripe and fragrant bananas.
  3. Fruit, spinach, Basil leaves loaded into blender.
  4. Poured the juice and beat until smooth. Now try the smoothies. If sweets not enough, add honey or brown sugar to taste.
