Fruit joy, cool hot summer day, delicious vitamin day in spring and winter - it's all about smoothies!.. Very easy to prepare and delicious to drink!... Variations are endless: I have this natural yoghurt ( or matsun), honey, Apple juice, banana and kiwi.
