  1. Chop the garlic very finely, chop the nuts coarsely.
  2. Squeeze the sausage pulp out of the shell. You can use any minced meat to your taste. I really like the set of spices in grilled sausages from a local manufacturer, so I decided to use them.
  3. Add garlic and nuts to the beef.
  4. Make a deep hole in each chicken fillet with a knife. Do this not from the side, but deep into the fillet. Fill with filling. You can do it with your fingers, or you can do it with a cooking bag. Secure the hole with toothpicks.
  5. Spread a sheet of parchment on a baking sheet. If you doubt its quality, lubricate it with sunflower oil. Heat over a sufficiently high heat, lay out the fillets and fry for 2 minutes on each side. Then pour hot water and keep on low heat under the lid for 15 minutes.
  6. For the glaze, mix soy sauce with liquid honey.
  7. Place the fillets in a baking dish greased with sunflower oil. Pour a mixture of sauce and honey. Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. During the baking process, grease the meat with the remains of the sauce.
  8. Let cool, covered with foil. Cut chilled, do not forget to take out the toothpicks.
