Cut the chicken Breasts into large pieces, salt and pepper.
Very finely chop the shallots and garlic. In a deep frying pan, melt the butter, place the chicken Breasts and quickly fry over high heat on all sides. Remove the meat on a plate.
In a pan place the shallots and garlic, sauté for 2 minutes, Pour in the cream, bring to the boil, add the cheese and pepper. Stir until smooth, then place the chicken. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, cook for 5 min. Serve hot, with fusilli.
