  1. Put the cottage cheese, yogurt, sun-dried tomatoes and garlic in the blender bowl. Beat until smooth.
  2. Cut eggplant into small circles. Fry the grill with oil in a pan (you can use a regular pan, then put it on paper towels to get rid of excess oil.)
  3. Toast bread cut into corners. Spread a thin layer of cottage cheese sauce. Put the eggplant on top and lightly crush it with a fork.
  4. Pour over the curd sauce.
  5. Top with sliced tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with herbs. If desired, sprinkle with grated cheese.
