This is one of my favorite marinades for lamb. It turns out tender, fragrant meat.

Instructions
Cut the garlic into plates, break the cilantro with your hands. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the marinade.
Put the lamb in the marinade, stir, cover and put it in the refrigerator overnight.
Then take out the meat and fry on the grill or on the grill until cooked.
