Mix almond flour with baking powder and herbs. Heat the cottage cheese with mozzarella in the microwave (average power, I have 600 W) for 1 minute. Mix cheese and egg, add dry ingredients. Cool the resulting dough for 20-30 minutes. I used molds, but you can form small “buns”with your hands. Bake the base in a preheated oven for about 10 minutes (180C, convection mode).
Next, put on each mini-bun a little cream horseradish, a slice of red fish, caviar and herbs.
