  1. Cut the cucumber into thin slices diagonally. If the cucumbers are small, then you can cut them into thin layers lengthwise.
  2. Radish cut into thin slices.
  3. Add the chopped coriander. leave a few leaves for decoration.
  4. Prepare the dressing by mixing the ingredients for the dressing. I used wasabi powder. Season the salad and mix gently.
  5. Put the salad in a salad bowl, sprinkle with dried and browned sesame seeds in a dry pan. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
