Jelly Oat Sea-Buckthorn-Orange Recipe
Bright, tasty and very healthy jelly, with a silky texture and citrus aroma – it will be a great start to the day! And also ideal as a snack or afternoon snack, it can be served separately or in company with granola or muesli. It’s sooo delicious!

  1. Pour the flakes into a saucepan.
  2. And fill with cold water, cover and leave at room temperature for a day (the cooking time is indicated without taking into account the soaking of cereals, use Hercules cereals).
  3. Add sea buckthorn berries to the oatmeal mixture (if frozen, then pre-defrost).
  4. Squeeze the same juice from an orange.
  5. And whisk it all with a blender.
  6. Strain through a sieve into a saucepan or saucepan and put on a slow fire to warm up for 10-15 minutes until slightly thickened.
  7. The drink will be like silk, with a bright sunny color!
  8. Add honey to the warm pudding again to taste.
