Jelly Oat Sea-Buckthorn-Orange Recipe
Bright, delicious and very healthy jelly, with a silk structure and citrus aroma – it will be a great start to the day! And also perfect as a snack or afternoon snack, it can be served separately, or in the company of granola or muesli. It’s sooo delicious!

  1. In a saucepan pour the cereal.
  2. And cover with cold water, cover and leave at room temperature for days (cooking time is given without taking into account the soaking of the cereal, use cereal Hercules).
  3. In the oat mixture add sea buckthorn berries (if frozen, then pre-defrost).
  4. Squeeze the same juice of an orange.
  5. And blow it all with a dip blender.
  6. Strain through a sieve in a saucepan or saucepan and put on a slow fire to warm for 10-15 minutes until lightly thickened.
