  1. Cardamom seeds ground a little in a mortar. Preparing food for cooking. Keta’s steaks were washed, dried with a paper towel, and put in a mold. I took a clay form.
  2. Pieces of fish salted a little, rubbing (salt to taste), put in a mold, sprinkled with cardamom and pepper-Cayenne. If there will be children, do not pepper. Put a piece of butter on top of each piece and pour the cream into the mold. Put in the oven, setting the T-180 C for 15 minutes. Focus on your oven, this is enough time for me to cook the fish and not over-dry.
  3. Served with boiled potatoes and herbs: green onions and dill.
