Today my husband freed me from cooking, he wanted to cook meat, a hearty men’s lunch. How men love meat with meat! I just helped him figure out the recipe a little bit.)) That’s what we did
Chop the cabbage, cut the carrots into slices, onion into half rings, garlic into small cubes, Bulgarian pepper into small cubes (I had frozen)
Fry in a cauldron in oil, add salt, add spices.
Add chops, fry, add salt, add spices.
Add the tripe (offal). Pre-boil it for 30 minutes in salted water with spices. Then cut it into thin slices and add. Add salt, pepper and simmer over low heat for an hour, stirring occasionally.
Lunch is ready, I decorated it with dill sprigs and red currant berries.
