Layer Pie with Pesto and Mozzarella Recipe
A very delicious pie in a popular Christmas molding. It is prepared very simply, from three ingredients, but, nevertheless, it turns out very tasty. I was very pleasantly surprised by the combination of pesto and puff pastry, be sure to try it!

  1. Defrost the puff pastry. Cut out two triangles from the dough. ((I baked two small pies, respectively, cut out 4 triangles)
  2. Place the pesto on the first triangle.
  3. Sprinkle with grated mozzarella.
  4. Cover with the second triangle.
  5. We cut strips on both sides of our blank, not reaching the middle.
  6. Then take each “twig” and twist it.
  7. Bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes (then watch your oven). Delicious pie is ready! Enjoy your meal!
