Layer Salad with Croutons Recipe
I don’t know about you, but when summer comes, I lean on fresh vegetables. Firstly, it is very useful. Secondly, if you have your own garden, then it is very budget-friendly. Thirdly, and most importantly, it is very tasty! Most vegetables do not require heat treatment, which significantly reduces their cooking time.   1. Prepare the necessary ingredients. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
  2. Hard-boiled eggs (8 minutes), peel and cut into thin slices.

  4. Cut tomatoes into slices.
  5. Wash the green onions, dry them and chop them finely.
  6. Wash the red sweet pepper, peel and cut into cubes.
  7. Cut the bread into cubes and fry in a frying pan in 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
  8. For dressing, mix olive oil, rice vinegar. Whisk with a whisk. To add spice to the dressing, mix well. If necessary, add salt and pepper. I did not salt or pepper, as there is enough salt and spices in the dressing.
  9. Put vegetables, eggs, capers and cheese in a salad bowl layer by layer. Pour the prepared dressing over the salad. To interfere. Put the croutons on top.
