Instructions
In a container, melt the chocolate and butter, add the cinnamon and lemon zest, mix until smooth.
In a separate container, beat the eggs with sugar with a mixer.
Pour the chocolate mass into the egg without stopping to mix.
Pour in the sifted flour, continuing to mix everything.
Ceramic baking molds are greased with oil and sprinkled with cocoa. Pour the dough into them.
Bake at 200 degrees for 7 minutes.
Allow to cool for about 5 minutes and turn over on a plate. Serve with a scoop of ice cream. Bon Appetit!
