At the same time, they simply do not have time to absorb flavors and taste preferences. Here they cook in the sauce for 30 minutes, which means they have time to get enough of the flavors.

  1. Take raw shrimp, if they are with a shell or with tails, clean them. If the shrimp are frozen, pre-put them in cold water for 20 minutes. If the shrimp has not removed the intestine (black vein on the back) – cut the back with a sharp knife and remove the intestines.
  2. Pour olive oil into the bag, add salt and sugar. Crush the garlic with the flat side of a knife, peel and lay out the whole package. Put the shrimp in a bag and mix well – so that each is covered with sauce.
  3. Immerse the package in water, holding the neck above the water, and let the water squeeze the air out of the package. Close the package and cook at 57°C / 135°F for 30 minutes.
  4. Serve garnished with chopped parsley. You can serve avocado as a side dish.
